Posted 7/2/19

Shout out to the Patterson Community Service Project Team, who recently wrapped a successful school year working to help some great causes. During 2018-19, Patterson Elementary students and staff collected and donated 209 pairs of pajamas to the Pajama Program, raised nearly $5,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and donated 78 lbs. of crayons to the Crayon Initiative along with 28 lbs. of markers for Crayola ColorCycle. The Team was created by Patterson Computer Specialist, Corinna Meyer, in order to help students get involved and excited about helping out in the community and realizing that they can make a difference.
